Q - If I purchase your 90 day online/offline test for MetaFrame XP 1.0 exam can I access it from home, my office, and while traveling on business? I have purchased a test in the past and could only use it at the office which limited my study time greatly. D.J.

The exams will work for the specified subscription period, which is more than generous for preparing for an exam.

Q - What happens when I purchase a membership?

A - Make sure you enter your email correctly. A receipt and a separate password message are automatically sent to it within a few minutes of purchase. Then click on Member Access and enter your email and password to start using your membership. If you are already a site member and used your current email address to purchase previously, you would use your existing password to access.

Q - Can I change my password?

A - Yes, after you access you can change it to something else, whenever, or as often as you'd like. Under the Member Access area on the site, enter your email address and password to acccess your membership. Then click on the Change Password link to the left and enter your new password.

Q - What if I forget my password?

Q - What is the difference between the 90 day membership and the 90 day offline and online membership?

A - With the 90 day membership, you can only access the study materials while online using your Internet connection. The 90 day offline and online membership is a download of the questions to your hard drive but also includes the online membership so you can still study if you are away from your computer with the downloaded questions. It can be a big convenience if you are using a phone modem and don't want to tie up your phone line while studying.

Q - If I purchase an offline membership can I print the study materials?

A - No, due to piracy issues and concerns, we cannot allow the materials to be printed.

Q - Will I receive a receipt if I purchase a membership?

A - We send one to your email that is automatically generated by our processing site, that is usually received within a few minutes of your purchase. It should contain enough proof of your purchase for reimbursement from your company or for tax purposes. We do not generate any other receipts for the online purchases.

Q - How long will I have to wait after I purchase a membership, before I can use it?

Q - Why is the price lower for a Beta membership? Does the $0 mean that a membership is free?

A - Beta memberships are generally offered for a certain amount of time at a lower price to give members a chance to evaluate the system and materials before they are released as a full version. When that happens, the price is increased and both membership versions become available for purchase. A $0 dollar amount does not indicate a membership is free, it means the membership is not available for purchase. Any attempts to purchase a membership with a $0 will not be accepted by our processing site, it only generates an "invalid amount" message.
